The Journey of Me and You

For my project, I wanted to communicate that your core as a person remains constant throughout your life. Regardless of challenges thrown at you, the decisions you make, or the changes you undergo, the foundation of who you are doesn’t waver.

To convey this concept, I wanted to combine my design skills with book-making. The book symbolizes the ‘story’ of life and contains design elements to express the aspect of consistency.

I’m a designer and illustrator born and raised in Austin, TX. I have a deep love for historical art and find a lot of my inspiration comes from studying old masters! I love experimenting with traditional and modern art methods to create something new. Oil painting, graphite drawings, textile art, ceramics, and book making are just a few of my favorite mediums to incorporate into my designs.
